Requirements

2. Proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, ideally within NGO or nonprofit settings.

3. Strong ability to develop learning materials and adapt content to diverse audiences.
•
4. Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage staff and stakeholders.
•
5. Experience in assessing training effectiveness and reporting on outcomes.
•
6. Sensitivity to multicultural environments and ability to tailor programs to local contexts
