Purpose of the Job:
The Marketing and Communications Business Partner:
- Acts as a strategic liaison between specific business units and the central marketing team.
- Develops tailored communication plans to drive growth and brand consistency.
- Translates business goals into actionable marketing strategies, covering content creation, digital campaigns, internal communications, and stakeholder management.
Requirements
•
1-University Graduate from a recognized and well established University.
•
2- A minimum of 5 to 10 years in management experienced in Marketing & sales, Public Relations, Communications and Corporate Affairs
•
3- Ability to plan - 3 -5 years planning in terms of vision, mission and mandate
•
4- Ability to plan work flow to maximize efficiency
•
5- Ability to work as a team player
•
6- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
