Requirements
•
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
•
2. Professional HR certification (CHRP, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
•
3. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
•
4. Experience in hospitality, tourism, transport, or multi-site operations is highly desirable.
•
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•
6. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
•
7. High level of integrity and confidentiality.
•
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
•
9. Ability to work across multiple business units and manage competing priorities.
