Summary of the role:
The Technical Director carries the statutory technical accountability for E-Construction under the Contractors Registration Act, and is the single point of engineering authority for the company: final sign-off on tenders and major contracts, custodian of engineering and design standards, and the escalation point for every functional head in the technical organisation.

• Qualifications:

• 1-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

• 2-Master's (engineering, construction management, or business administration)

• 3- 7–10 years minimum in civil/structural construction, with direct project-management exposure

• 4- Professional registration: Registered / registrable with ERB or AQRB Tanzania; international equivalent registration (e.g. ECSA, ICE, IStructE)

• 5- Sector exposure: industrial, energy, mining or pipeline-related construction is strongly preferred

• Knowledge Areas:

• 1- CRB registration and classification

• 2- Engineers Registration Board (ERB) / AQRB

• 3- HSE & quality assurance

• 4- Design & planning

• 5- Project management

• 6- Leadership skills
