Requirements

1- Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Risk Management, or a related field.
•
2- Professional insurance qualification (e.g., Certificate/Diploma in Insurance, ACII, Dip CII, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
•
3- Registration with the relevant insurance regulatory authority where applicable.
•
4- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in medical insurance brokerage or health insurance.
•
5- Proven experience managing corporate medical insurance portfolios.
•
6- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and business development targets.
•
7- Experience negotiating with insurers and healthcare providers.
