Requirements
•
1- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
•
2-Professional qualification in Insurance (e.g., ACII/Diploma in Insurance) is an added advantage.
•
3- 5–7 years’ experience in medical insurance brokerage or underwriting.
•
4- Strong knowledge of medical insurance products, claims, pricing, and risk assessment.
•
5- Proven experience in client management, negotiation, and business development
•
Key Skills:
•
i- Analytical skills
•
ii- Problem-solving skills.
•
iii- Good knowledge of insurance regulations and proficiency in MS Office and insurance systems.
•
iv- Written and verbal communication
